The Corvair Club participated in the Mohican Model A Ford Club show in Wampsville, New York on Sunday September 7th, 2008.

   We had a good showing of Corvairs - 16 in all - with most of them from the club. The club display engine was there too, for others to see and hear. The club president, Dave Robinson, took first place in the Corvair class with his 1966 Aztec Bronze 2-door and club members Kevin Fear and Gloria Fear took second and third places respectively, Kevin with his 1963 Marine Aqua 2-door and Gloria with her 1964 Light Blue with Navy Blue top Monza Convertible. All very nice cars.

  Below are some pictures of the gathering of Corvairs at the Smith's house prior to the caravan to the show, the Corvairs forming up for the the caravan and a few pictures at the show. Unfortunately, camera failure prevented us from getting more pictures of the other wonderful cars at the show.
